purchase and use our products and services (“Products”); (3) you communicate

Our Websites may, from time to time, collect information about
your online activities, over time and across our different Websites. When you
use our Websites, third parties may also collect information about your online
activities, over time and across different internet websites, online or cloud
computing services, online applications, or mobile applications. Some browsers
support a “Do Not Track” feature, which is intended to be a signal to websites
that you do not wish to be tracked across different websites you visit. Our
Websites do not currently change the way they operate based upon detection of a

If you’ve signed up to receive SMS communications from I Am The Shirt and,
you may opt-out of future communications by following the opt-out

on your behalf.We may take steps to verify your identity by matching the
information you provide with your request with the information we have on file
about you. Depending on the sensitivity of the information at issue, we may
utilize more stringent verification methods, including but not limited to

Material Terms of Discount Program
From time to time, I Am The Shirt and may provide a variety of
discounts in exchange for personal information. For example, I Am The Shirt and
may offer a discount of 20% off an initial order in exchange for providing an
email address and mobile telephone number. I Am The Shirt and uses the email
addresses and telephone numbers provided in exchange for the discount to
provide marketing of I Am The Shirt and services for ongoing purchases, and for
other internal statistical purposes.
How The Financial Incentive Is Reasonably
Related To The Personal Information Provided
Our discount program is based upon our reasonable but sole
determination of the estimated value of the personal information of California
residents provided, which takes into consideration, without limitation,
estimates regarding the anticipated revenue generated from such information,
the anticipated expenses which might be incurred in the collection, storage,
and use of such information in the operation of our business, and other
relevant factors related to the estimated value of such information to our business,
as permitted under applicable law.
Opt-In
By providing your email address you opt-in to our financial
incentive program. If you wish to opt-out of the incentive, do not submit the
personal information or send an e-mail to info@iamtheshirt.com.
Right to Withdraw
If you wish to withdraw from the incentive program, you may submit
such a request by sending an e-mail to info@iamtheshirt.com before completing your
order.
Children
Our Websites and Products are not intended for children under the
age of 13. This includes any links to other websites that we provide for our
convenience. We don’t knowingly collect the information of children under 13
for any reason.
